1. Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
2. Mediation: If unresolved, disputes will proceed to mediation in King City, Ontario.
3. Litigation: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.

14. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• Waiver: No waiver of any breach is valid unless in writing.
• Assignment: Heal House may assign its rights under these Terms; users may not.
