From an early age, I developed a strong interest in natural and holistic approaches to health. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Science and went on to pursue further education in nutrition, allowing me to combine scientific understanding with holistic wellness principles. My approach is centered on viewing the body as an interconnected system and supporting overall wellbeing through education, awareness, and individualized lifestyle support.
A key component of my work is Live Blood Analysis, which I use as a non-diagnostic, educational tool to help clients gain insight into patterns related to nutrition, hydration, digestion, and lifestyle factors. For many clients, this is a valuable first step in getting to know their body and increasing awareness of potential areas of imbalance. I work from a body–mind–spirit–informed perspective, supporting clients in developing sustainable habits that promote balance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
