Your first appointment is designed to give you and your naturopathic doctor time to have a thorough conversation.
At Heal House, the initial naturopathic appointment lasts up to 90 minutes. Virtual initial appointments are also available. Follow-up appointments are available for continued care and wellness planning.
During your consultation, you can expect a discussion about your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. Your practitioner may recommend additional assessments or testing when appropriate and explain the reasoning behind any recommendations.
The result is a more informed starting point for your care rather than a rushed appointment focused on a single symptom.

Absolutely Blown Away by Heal House in King City!
I had heard great things about Heal House, but I truly wasn’t expecting to be this blown away. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by name by the friendly office manager — such a thoughtful touch — and then personally welcomed by Dr. Rachel Stummer, who gave me an in-depth tour of the beautiful facility (and honestly, “Heal House” is the perfect name for it).
My appointment lasted two full hours. Two hours! When was the last time you had that much time with a doctor who genuinely wanted to understand you? Dr. Stummer listened without judgment, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel like I was entering into a real partnership focused on getting to the root of my health concerns, not just covering up symptoms.
It’s rare to leave a medical appointment feeling truly seen, heard, and hopeful — but that’s exactly how I felt walking out of Heal House. I’m looking forward to my next visit and continuing this journey toward healing.
