Our Story
Heal House was born from a deeply personal journey—a family’s quest to reimagine what healing could look like.
When founders Joe and Lisa welcomed their son into the world with a rare chromosomal condition, they were thrust into the heart of the healthcare system. They saw both its brilliance and its blind spots. While it offered vital support, it often failed to see the person beyond the diagnosis. It was impersonal. It was fragmented. And it was exhausting.
Out of this challenge came a vision: to build a new kind of wellness space. One that honored the intelligence of the body, the complexity of the human experience, and the need for beauty, clarity, and compassion in care.
